the wonder years

On ma clock the time is past 6..and date 31 december....which means dis the last eve of the year 2009 as per the Roman Gregorian Calender Year. If i look back on the past 364 days, i can very well say, I have had a blessed year2009. I got to know God's plans on my life, Jesus helped me to remove the things which I had considered precious but unworthy and silly in the LORD's sight. 2009 bought in me fiery-trials especially during ma last semester at Hostel while undergoing ma MBA programme, but all was well as in God's sight. All those trials made me realize - 'what I am' , 'how I have to be', and ofcourse God's love and care as I sought Him earnestly.  For Jesus said, "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you". Amen.

Considering the blessings I've received the trials I've faced are very little. First, it was really hard for me to leave apart those...but slowly through His words I understood that...to receive greater blessings some things need to be forgone, left apart and forgotten. This moment I feel blessed not because of the earthly treasures I have, but for the eternal life I've reaceived through Christ Jesus; for the understanding I've received through His word and for the life He has given me. My LORD has freely blessed me with everything I needed, or probably with more I was worthy to receive. His love is so wonderful, more precious than fine gold for all who has written His words in the tablet of their heart, mind n soul.

And for the year 2010, I am with whole new resolutions. Not just mere decisions but with sorted out Vision and Mission. For He has given me understanding, and I need to respect it. Each day is a day that God has given us, and each moment of that day is in His hands"

So my dear Friend, its New Year that is in fornt of us all. What have u decided? To just be merry and enjoy every moment? But have u not thought that we do have our part before our creator? LORD  has given us a life, poured out blessings upon blessings..so is it not our part to thank Him? Give Praise and Worship Him? Have you read your Bible today? This is the last day in the year 2009 that you have..just hours left.., for u are alive now only by the grace of God Almighty. So my dear friend, do thank God for all the blessings that u've received. For ROMAN 12 : 2 says, "And Do not be confromed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God".
